Stretching along the Atlantic Coast from Inishowen Peninsula in Donegal to Kinsale in West Cork, the Wild Atlantic Way stretches for 2500km from start to finish showcasing Irelands magnificent Atlantic coastline.

There are 159 breath taking viewing points along this route including many wonderful areas of interest right in the heart of Erris.

In the Belmullet area, you can venture to our beautiful islands Inis Ge North and South and Inis Gloire, visit the beautiful Abbey in Cross near Binghamstown or venture to the end of the world in Fal Mor and step back in time at Ionad Deirbhile's Heritage Centre in Eachleim near the beautiful Blacksod Bay. Finish your day off sitting by our turf fire in our traditional pub where you will meet manys a character and hear the songs and stories of days gone by... maybe even a cúpla focal as gaelige

This amazing new route brings the visitor far out west to strange places like Claires Loop Head or Mayo's Mullet Peninsula, two great West of Ireland fingers jutting out into the beloved ocean.

You can pay a visit to the Ceide Fields, which is the worlds oldest field system, consisting of staggering cliffs or Achill, where you can hike to the top of some of the tallest sea cliffs in Europe.
